I had a great experience with Coastal Heat Pumps recently! Darren and Sean installed a heat pump in my condo and it has been a huge upgrade from baseboard heating. The air conditioning is amazing, too. Talia in the office was also fantastic to deal with. She was very responsive and made sure I was aware of potential rebate options. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and the installation was perfectly done. I received several quotes and Coastal Heat Pumps had the best pricing by far. I’m incredibly happy with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend this company.

I asked them to come out and give me a price on a new heat pump. The sales person waa prompt, courteous and far more thorough than any of heir competitors. He was the only one to discover that , although it looked like, with 17 registers and separate 5" ducts to each one, i had 2 conditions that meant I only had 1000cfm of air...not enough for the 3 ton 36000 btu unit everyone else thought I should buy.
